Common questions

How do I delete my account?

Open the app and go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and associated personal data. The action is irreversible.

How do I report or block someone?

Tap the ••• menu on any post, comment, or profile to Report the content or Block the user. Confirmed reports are reviewed by our moderation team, typically within 24 hours.

What is ON?

ON is iON's closed in-app virtual currency. It has no monetary value and cannot be purchased, redeemed, or exchanged for cash. You earn it by being active and spend it to post and tip.

How do I manage location and notifications?

Manage these permissions any time in iOS Settings → iON.
